All financial transactions on ph59 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits must be made using the approved payment methods available on the platform, which include local e-wallets and online banking options supported for Philippines members.
Deposits are generally credited promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method selected but ph59 aims to process approved withdrawals efficiently. ph59 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
ph59 is not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, network issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
